Refund policy

Return conditions:
30 days from the date of delivery of the order by the transport company.

Information on product condition
: The device must be returned as clean as it was received. Any sign of use (wear and tear) or accidental damage may be deducted from the refund.
- Packaging information: The device must be returned in the original box in which it was delivered. It is therefore recommended to keep the box for the first 30 days.

Information on the reason for return
: If the product is defective due to manufacturing or does not meet the customer's expectations regarding performance, the customer can return the product.
- The maximum refund period from delivery to the carrier is 14 calendar days.
- The refund will be made by the same method of payment as the purchase.
A) If there is NO return label in the package:
1. Go to your customer account on decathlon.be, then click through to 'my orders'.
2. Click on the order you wish to return. Under 'order details' you will click on 'create a return/exchange'.
3. You will then be able to request a label/further instructions from the seller. Within 48 working hours, our customer service will provide all further information to complete your return.

Refund policy:
Returned products will be reimbursed within 14 days of receipt by the seller. Refunds will only be made by the same method of payment used to place the order, without exception.
